Ms. Griffith received her Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University in 2006. She began her career at P2S Engineering, Inc., a consulting firm in Long Beach, CA, working on low voltage projects for municipal and state organizations. She returned to the Southeast, working at Southern Company generating plants performing equipment installations. She then shifted focus, conducting load flow and short circuit studies for retrofits, environmental projects, and new natural gas generating facilities before returning to Auburn University to obtain a graduate degree with a focus in Power Engineering. After completing her thesis and receiving her Master of Science degree in 2013, Ms. Griffith resumed her career at Southern Company in Transmission Planning, focusing on dispatch for Planning models, NERC Compliance, economic analysis, and various Transmission Planning studies using PSS®E. She left Transmission Planning and has been with CES since September 2020.
